Bottle of Ginger

Bottle of Ginger
Bottle of Ginger is a Community Drinks Company based in Bridgeton, in the East end of Glasgow. We use drinks as a vehicle for change. Our aim is to tackle sugar consumption from soft drinks in our community, facilitate community-led change in the Chain of soft drink Production and make drinks better for people and the environment. Our vision is to develop into a Community Drinks Company encompassing a Community Soft Drinks Manufactory, Micro-brewery and Still as well as a Drinks Market Garden supplying ingredients for our drinks. Our profits will then be re-invested into our employability programmes – Forage. Farm. Ferment. and Women Who Brew, as well as local projects tackling sugar consumption and food and drink inequalities in the East end of Glasgow.
