Growing Communities East - January Meeting
The Growing Communities East Group is a support and networking group hosted by Glasgow Community Food Network's Food & Climate Action Project to support individuals and local organisations in Glasgow's East End to work on food and climate related projects together.
The group is open to organisations and individuals in Glasgow's East End who are interested in or already working on food and/or climate activities. No prior knowledge needed!
At this meeting we will be going over the network's plan for the new year.
11am - Warm up activity
11.20pm - Food & Climate Action Project Offers and Needs run-through
11.30pm - Ideas into action activity
12.15pm - Lunch and Networking
12.45pm - Fine tuning commitment, responsibilities, expectations, and capacities of the network.

The Space is a fully accessible venue. There are gender neutral toilets available. Please get in touch with Cara at [email protected] if you would like to attend but you have concerns about accessibility or any other questions.
We will be meeting at the Space, 257 London Rd, G40 1PE. There is a bus stop 1 minute walk away and is serviced by buses 2, 18, 60A, 61, 240, 255 and 253.
Travel costs can be reimbursed. Please contact Cara on [email protected] if you would like your travel costs reimbursed.
Please adhere to physical distancing during the event. Please do not attend if you feel unwell, have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or have tested positive yourself.
